The site is well designed, with a wide choice of knives, and lots of filtering modules to make sure you find the product you're looking for. The module that lets you choose the engraving on the blade also works very well. A small downside, however: I had a promo code for my order, which was taken into account by the site but not at the time of payment by Paypal. So I had to use another payment method, and it worked. I also got in touch with the manufacturer, who was very quick to respond and solve my problem. So I'm very satisfied with the commercial consideration I was given. And the order arrived in just 1 week, even though I live in Portugal, and was perfectly packaged and conformed to my expectations.

It's easy to find the right knife for your needs on this site, but delivery tracking on the UPS site is a bit chaotic: very quickly it was posted in transit to Toulouse, then for 3 days there was a warning triangle with a delivery date of February 16, but in fact I was able to pick it up at the relay point on February 12 (dropped off at the relay point at 5:30 pm the day before).
