Very responsive to readjust and complete my order. Exchange of emails and telephone reception extremely friendly and efficient. On the other hand, I give a zero score to the Colissimo service (which fortunately does not depend on La Coutellerie). The deliveryman calls me on the intercom and informs me that he's leaving the parcel in the driveway of my building. I can't say anything. Of course, there was no signature and no possibility of making the slightest reservation if that had proved necessary. Lousy postal service. Fortunately, the quality of the product and the service make up for this lamentable service.

Outside in the supermarkets or other stores, there are many who copy the Laguiole design or keep to the quality. Here you have the opportunity to buy directly from the manufacturer in France and can therefore be sure of receiving excellent quality. Years later, I am still delighted with the workmanship and edge retention of Honore Durand (Laguiole) knives.
