Also, bravo; last year you took a legal step forward so that a knife bearing the Layole name could be made only in the village of Laguiole. The battle isn't over yet. But the hope of a positive conclusion is highly likely within a reasonable timeframe. A discerning collector of this uniquely designed knife should only buy from one of the village's two major foundries. Unless there's a small independent artisan. I don't know about that.
