Hello David P., thank you for your review and rating; however, we state this very clearly on the product sheet for this item: "The 8 cm handle length Laguiole knife is distinguished by its very small size". This is very visible on the product sheet, and even "very small size" is bolded. We also make it clear that we're talking about handle sizes for our knives. All this being said, you can send the knife back to us if you wish, and we'll refund you or give you a credit note, as you wish (despite the fact that the knife is engraved and therefore personalized).
