When ordering with payment by cheque, please do not notify us of 24 to 72 hours after receipt of cheque, but rather 24 to 72 hours after cashing the cheque, as the goods were received after the event (VERY DISAGREEABLE!!) Disappointed, not by CSJ Emballages but by DPD delivery which is not serious. The fast delivery charter could not be honored because DPD delivered on June 17 for an order dated June 12 which was urgent. I refused the order. I hope to be reimbursed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from CSJ if they work with DPD, which doesn't deliver to every neighborhood and claims that no one was there when it came ...
