I ordered my products on the site and they still haven't arrived, even though it says 24 to 48 hours on the site. That's 4 working days and nothing, not even an e-mail! What's more, delivery costs 8 euros! On the other hand, the money was debited on the day the order was placed. It's infuriating! First and last time I order on this site! I absolutely do not recommend!

Unfortunately your package was lost by the DPD carrier because your relay point that you validated was closed on Monday. So as we told you on the phone your package will be available on Tuesday 26/09/2017 or 72 hours after ordering (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) Sincerely
