The 16kg table and stools that I had to pick up even though delivery was scheduled... the delivery man never tried to stop by, he dropped everything off 35mn walk from our house instead!

Your order was placed on 28/10 and was dispatched the same day by our team using the delivery method you chose: UPS Express SAVER 24h.
However, for reasons beyond our control (firefighters' strike at Nantes airport from 28 to 29/10 - no flight was possible) your parcel arrived on 30 instead of 29/10.
We will refund the cost of express delivery. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience .

I spoke to your husband on the phone about this, but the Drawin'table x OMY offer was clearly detailed in our Newsletter: 1 OMY coloring backpack was offered on condition that you purchased 1 Drawin'table + 1 OMY sheet refill.
There was never any question of offering a refill of OMY sheets and a backpack with the purchase of 1 Drawin'table.
