I was a bit upset at first because I only received one of the two masks I ordered, but after contacting the company the next morning, they phoned me and immediately sent me the missing mask. I suggest that the products sent are well protected, because the deliverers are not careful and the second mask arrived in a parcel that was partly crushed and the box containing the mask was damaged.
