Hello, I'm having a bit of trouble getting in touch with your sales department, but that doesn't change the quality of your products. The only disappointment that made me decide to order less while waiting for big promotions was the quality of the heads. They don't always depilate well, there's a lot of crumbs and the branches are a bit too present. Hence my choice to compensate for the losses. Thanks a lot.
