Hello, I've only had this probe for 6 days, but it's very similar to the exercises I did at the physiotherapist's. I really like it, except that I don't understand it. Had over 100 games and I only have 9. And I'd like to know if you can do 30 minutes every day? Sincerely

I'd advise you to follow the training programs recommended by the app, or else consult a health professional so that he or she can draw up a suitable program for you. Thanks for your comment! As far as comparing yourself to a standard is concerned, it's irrelevant to your progress. Like the abdominal muscles, it's not possible to compare yourself to a standard. The perineum is a set of muscles that must be sufficiently toned to play its role correctly, but as a strong perineum is not necessarily an effective perineum and vice versa, the absence of symptoms is the best indicator to take into account.
