Very disappointed... I ordered a 17cm bracelet to put under the Christmas tree, but received a 20cm bracelet that was much too big! A real disappointment, so I'm waiting to see what Flibustier has to offer. Otherwise product quality and perfect packaging.

We understand your disappointment if you didn't receive the size you asked for, but are you sure you received a 20cm bracelet because we don't have this size (we have 17, 19 or 21cm). In any case, you can easily change your bracelet by requesting it from your customer account. If it's a mistake on our part, we'll reimburse you for all exchange costs.
