In exchange, you order on the site at prices exclusive of tax and therefore 20% cheaper than our customers in France. Concerning bracelet size, it's not always possible to adjust them perfectly, and the sizes cover most wrists, but an L bracelet won't fit the same way on an 18 or a 19 wrist. Concerning paid returns, unfortunately this is a service we can't offer, unlike the big players on the web. As independent designers, we don't have access to their delivery rates, and we can't offer delivery and returns. So we've chosen to offer delivery and let the customer pay for a return in the event of a size error, for example. If it's a mistake on our part, however, we'll pay for the return.
