Communication is poor. 15 days to receive my parcel. OK maybe because of the Post Office, but at the very least, they could have offered a small commercial coupon so that I could recommend them again without this bad experience. Plus, I really love their bracelets, which are of superb quality. It's a shame about communication... and the direct "yes bah it's not our fault. Goodbye!

La Poste has misplaced more than twenty parcels at a time, and you were not the only one to do so. What's more, La Poste systematically blames us and keeps telling you to contact us, even though we don't have any more information than they do. We're sorry if you feel that we haven't handled your request correctly, but rest assured that we're doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your parcel on time. La Poste requires 15 days to investigate and during this time we have no further information. We have a compensation policy in such cases, but we are still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
