I measured my wrist before ordering, but the bracelet is a bit big... I don't know what I'm going to do yet, send it back for an exchange or find a local shop to remove two/three pearls, as the return postage will be very expensive. Hello, concerning prices for Switzerland, you do have to pay customs fees which are linked to the payment of your local VAT. In exchange, you order on the site at prices exclusive of tax and therefore 20% cheaper than our customers in France. Unfortunately, customs regulations are beyond our control and we cannot change them. Concerning bracelet size, it's not always possible to adjust them perfectly, and the sizes cover most wrists, but an L bracelet won't fit the same way on an 18 or a 19 wrist. That's why we have a customization service that lets you order the exact size you want.
