Excellent business practice! My shipment (sent to the United States) was taken by customs in Ohio; totally illegal for them to do so as foie gras is permitted into this country from France. Monsieur Pascal replaced the foie, no charge to me, and it was done immediately. The second shipment was released to me from customs, and I am now the happy and satisfied customer with much loved foie gras from France,

It works without any problem for 99% of the shipments but sometimes for no particular reason, the customs officers block the packages. If that happens, Foie Gras Gourmet immediately reimburses the customer or sends back an identical package.. accompanied by a few small gifts to apologize
