Excellent business practice! My shipment (sent to the United States) was taken by customs in Ohio; totally illegal for them to do so as foie gras is permitted into this country from France. Monsieur Pascal replaced the foie, no charge to me, and it was done immediately. It works without any problem for 99% of the shipments but sometimes for no particular reason, the customs officers block the packages. If that happens, Foie Gras Gourmet immediately reimburses the customer or sends back an identical package.. accompanied by a few small gifts to apologize

Fast delivery by DHL. However, the foie was stolen apparently at customs in Cincinnati, Ohio. The box arrived with DHL empty! I immediately contacted Foie Gras Gourmet and they immediately offered free replacement or a refund of my money. I preferred to have a new shipment of foie.
