We put an order from Foie Gras Gourmet about three times a year. The product is always perfect and the parcel always arrives in record time having crossed the planet to Australia. We find that a foie gras is the perfect entrée to a dinner party as it is always appreciated and it is one thing less for the host to worry about. Of course, we are not averse to opening a small tin for an ordinary lunch which immediately becomes less ordinary. Finally a tin makes a very nice present to anyone who will appreciate it.
