We were first introduced to Groliere foie gras at a food festival at Sacre-Coeur in 2020. We just loved it! I purchased a number of small cans and brought them back to the states. We talked about getting more so I finally ordered them. I first tried to go direct to Groliere but the web site would not the the payment. I then tried foiegrasgourmet.com/en and it went great. Wonderful, no, outstanding communication and on time. I will be ordering more.

hello, i am surprised by your comment, and your comment. i think there should be foie gras in calvados, but adding alcohol is often a way to hide a lower quality foie gras. our foies gras contains only foie gras, salt and pepper. Only Espinet adds a very small amount of Armagnac, but that is very light, and their foie gras is excellent. And if you want to add a little calvados, nothing will stop you.

The parcel arrived very quickly. The contents are not exactly as requested! I think it's a shame that Foie gras gourmet doesn't give any explanation! A terrine of duck foie gras is offered to me, as compensation I suppose!

Hello Gisèle, thank you for your message. We are going through complicated times with very low stocks of foie gras. We have chosen to send the boxes even if one of the products is out of stock. As we state on our website: "It is very rare, but always possible, and even more so in the days leading up to Christmas, for a foie gras to be out of stock. In this case, we take the liberty of replacing it with a foie gras from another brand. Don't worry, we'll do everything we can to make sure you're always happy with the exchange."
