Order processed a day late, but the Lyophilisé team did everything possible with the carrier to ensure a morning delivery. Chronopost delivered in the morning. The parcel was impeccable, as it always is, and the items were in order. Mail-order sites with REAL after-sales service are becoming rare! And Lyophilisé is one of my favorite references! Well packaged and carefully completed. However, it arrived completely covered with thick black scratches of dirt on the 2 large sides, and erasures on the label which covered the label and made it difficult for the relay to scan.

Thank you for your feedback. Packages leaving our premises look good and don't have time to be dishevelled or soiled, as they travel a maximum of ten metres in wheeled crates and are taken away directly by truck, or else they are placed on a pallet and collected manually, package by package, by one of our carriers in his van 🙂 Scratches and marks are more due to their transit via logistics platforms.
