On September 21 I made an inquiry which was never answered. I could not choose how to pick up the order in store, since it was impossible for me to enter my phone number in the form on the website. I had to choose to have the package sent to my home address and to make matters worse, they were not able to put the delivery address correctly, which meant that Seur was still unable to deliver the package to me on the 29th, having to delay an outing to the mountains that I had planned. I had to be the one to change the wrong address set by Liofilizado so that Seur could deliver the package to me.

You experienced 2 delays, one in shipping and one in delivery... First of all, we don't dispatch orders at weekends. Our orders are prepared within 48 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Your order was therefore dispatched on Monday at the end of the day when the Post Office picked it up, and reached you on Wednesday. Delivery times were respected. The dishes are not particularly succulent. The lemon dessert is far too sweet (although I'm a big fan of sugar). The chocolate mousse is good, but should be called a chocolate dessert, as in my opinion it's not a mousse. In short, the quality/price ratio is not entirely satisfactory.

Survival gear and impeccable delivery time - nothing to say. On the other hand, I was very disappointed by the little solar-powered, dynamo-charged survival radio... the same radio is 20 euros cheaper on Pearl. As for the quality of the item, it's mediocre (antenna too short range, picks up almost no stations, rather mediocre sound, not to mention the fact that there's no automatic station search... everything's manual and the joysticks/search wheels are hyper-sensitive... frankly, I'm disappointed with this item, which I'd rate 2/5. They need to improve the antenna, sound quality, add an automatic search option and ideally add at least one USB port. Too disappointed with this item given its high price (50 at Lyophilise and 30 at Pearl) and above all its poor operating quality.
