We recommend that you fill the bowl as full as possible, so as to minimize air entrapment. If the volume of your meal does not exceed half that of your food box, you can use the second container to fill the void. A little disappointed with the cans inside, there's only one lid for 2 cans, it would have been better if we could have used the 2 separately. It has a capacity of 1 liter and as indicated on the product sheet, it comes with 2 other containers that will slide inside (one of 0.7l and one of 0.3l, so in fact there won't be any space left if you use the 2 containers). Logically, the canister inserted first will receive the lid, then you can place the second canister, which will benefit from the lid of the food canister. Disappointed, given the price of the products, I expected a higher quality than the products you can find in supermarkets much cheaper for example: too many additives, meat or fish dishes where there is almost no product, cooking meat or fish or cubes of cheese imperfect (remains too hard) even after 15Min of rehydration ... in short not convinced.
