Second order on this site, in May, on the spur of the moment: on the eve of my departure for a 2-week itinerant trip, I realized that my external battery wasn't charging properly. I called lyophilise.fr at the end of the morning: the person on the other end of the line was top-notch and super-efficient, because the next afternoon, when I got off the train, I picked up the parcel (and a new battery, phew!) at a relay point without any problem.
