After-sales service leaves a lot to be desired, we still haven't received our order after almost 2 months and half of our emails remain unanswered.
Very disappointed, a shame as we were looking for a wholesaler to start our business.
I hope at least to be reimbursed for the sample order.

Thank you for your comment. We understand your frustration with the non-delivery of your sample pack despite our two mailings.... We have tried to reach you several times by phone without success and have left you voicemails. We have also sent you several e-mails. Please do not hesitate to get back to us. I would like to assure you that this situation also affects us and that delivery problems are sometimes beyond our control. As a reminder, the first shipment was made 2 working days after your order. The Post Office tracking system indicated that delivery to your address could not be made. The parcel was then dropped off at the Post Office, and you unfortunately did not pick it up. As agreed by telephone, as soon as the parcel was returned to us, we made the second delivery at our expense. For the two shipments we made, we sent your package to the address you gave us when you placed your order. We also took care to include your e-mail address and telephone number so that the carrier could contact you. You also had tracking numbers so that you could follow the delivery. We are sorry to see that despite the many emails and calls we have exchanged regarding this order, you feel that our customer service has not been up to scratch. As mentioned in our unanswered voicemails and e-mails, please do not hesitate to get back to us so that we can find a solution for this sample pack.
