Hello, Thank you for your order. As indicated by email: New Era inserts a cardboard backing behind the back of the cap to hold the front of the cap in place during packaging. This means that the sweatband will drop during packing. However, it will return to its normal shape after being worn several times. Kind regards, The Headict team

Hello, I'm very happy with the quality of my personalized cap. The 3D embroidery is more olive green than khaki, but the result is very nice! However, I have the feeling that the cap is slightly too small. I'm fastening it on the last point of attachment, whereas I usually use 3 or 4 points. Is it a head circumference defect or does it run small? Or maybe I've just got a big head!
