Delivery announced for Feb 14. The deliveryman claims to have given the parcel to the janitor of my building against signature on Feb 15 when the lodge was closed...following my call the deliveryman launched an inquiry...my parcel was finally delivered on Feb 17 without further information or apology.

Product is really bad. I paid almost 50 euros for a cap whose text on the side is crooked. The text on the front is as much as twice the size as the example indicated during ordering. I deliberately chose small font because it is now too conspicuous. The color text on the cap is also totally different than on example. Would like to come to a solution. Regards karlijn

I ordered this beanie on Tuesday 07/11 morning. The quickest (and cheapest) way was to pick it up at the store because the website indicated: to be collected on Wednesday 08/11.
