Hat received with a defect, the mails were undone on one spot making a hole the size of a 2 coin, sending the item back would have cost me more than having it repaired by myself. Last time I order clothes online. Delivery on time RAS.

I ordered a cap with my own lettering. The lettering was to be engraved. The leather emblem was not sewn in the middle and the engraving was unclean and some letters were illegible. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had expected much more.

A little disappointed at the end of the first day of use of my beanie, the threads are starting to come off as if it was hooked on something when it wasn't. I ordered this beanie on Tuesday 07/11 morning. The quickest (and cheapest) way was to pick it up at the store because the website indicated: to be collected on Wednesday 08/11. I showed up in the evening on rue filaterie (with the 3 children after having struggled 15min to find a place) and the little lady replied: "ah well no I don't have your bonnet I'm delivered on Tuesday and Friday".
