Very good site, I would recommend Note: I made a return and there is no follow-up on "my account" nor any trace that I made a return. As a result, we're wondering what happens between the return of the package on our end and the shipment of the new product on yours. The parcel departure e-mail was the only thing that let me know that you had received my exchange parcel.

I would have loved to receive the cap in the same box as you show in the video. Since I bought it to give as a gift, the presentation would have been more spectacular in a beautiful box with your logo. Your product is of very high quality.
