I had a problem ordering my personal caps due to incorrect settings in the personalization software and in the end I have no commercial proposal to rectify the error other than to return the caps and pay the difference. I don't find this very commercial and professional.

The item which I ordered was delivered within a few days. However, because the size did not fit correctly I returned the article. That procedure resulted in high shipping costs and the package had to be sent to France by registered mail with Track and Trace code. The return communication was in English, the payment is still pending.

Hello, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of one of the caps, in terms of the fabrics used and the finish. I don't know if it's because it's made in china, but I own 4 "Stetson" caps and it's the first time I've had a "made in china" cap. The others were made either in Germany or Bulgaria and are of much better quality.
