Hello, After a parcel lost at Colissimo without any information from them, then a return of the parcel followed by a TNT passage with absence and an erroneous SMS from them, I got my parcel back. Very disappointed by the hats: The straw hat was very stiff and really uncomfortable, and the other one, although it was a brand name (and I'm used to this brand), didn't fit either, it didn't fit on my head. Of course we returned the items, the refund has already been made and that's very good, but the shipping costs we had to pay were also very disappointing.
