I ordered a personalized cap on Tuesday May 15 in the middle of the afternoon and received it on Friday May 25 (Monday May 21 was a holiday).
The cap came in a Headict bag with a thank-you card: very professional.
My Raiders cap is of very good quality. It says it's adjustable 55-60cm but I'd say it can go up to 63cm.
