The complete quantity of this bandana model was not in stock and we also needed longer for the qualitative embroidery of the caps. There were wrong sizes on the hat I wanted to order so it didn't fit. If I returned it again to get my money back I had to pay shipping costs again (shipping costs to send it to France, by the way). Furthermore, the response to my emails is short. Bad service.

You give the wrong information on the size guide.
You advise us to round up to the next size up, when it's actually below, and we have to pay for returns. It's getting expensive for a hat.
