When I last ordered the bob had been deformed and put straight into the box in the parcel. However, I had previously ordered a bob of the same brand and it had arrived packaged in a box of the brand in question (Cayler and sons) and then packaged in a parcel for dispatch. It was therefore in perfect condition when it arrived.

Hello, Very slightly disappointed by the beret: no leather trim inside. That would be a plus (pure wool scratches the forehead). Otherwise, the quality of the cap is excellent.

Hello, This is indeed a 100% French made bonnet and as shown and indicated on the website, it has an acetate lining at the bottom of the cap. A leather reinforcement would have distorted the cut of the beret. Sincerely, The Headict team

I wouldn't put 5 stars on the merchandise because I think there's a way to send packages in a less disgusting way... I received two caps folded in half in the parcel. Once folded in one direction, the cap keeps the shape of the parcel. Placed on the head, the result is very poor, with a crease right in the middle of the text. It's ugly... but I'm still a customer!
