Hello, there are some brands of French-made bonnets or berets (Le béret français, Béton Ciré, ...). However, these are quite rare, as production costs are high and quantities are minimal. Hello, this is not a defective product but the natural look of this 100% silk handmade cap. The use of large threads of this material will form clumps in different places, which will give this "pilled" appearance present on all 100% silk Stetson models. You can still return the product if it doesn't suit you (see link on the website).
