I had the misfortune to be delivered the wrong size item, mistakes can happen. Fortunately, customer service did an excellent job of remedying the situation. However, be careful with e-mails, I had to send a complaint e-mail which went unanswered, my request was dealt with following a telephone call.

The Stetson is particularly large (especially as my head size is 58), which meant I had to use self-adhesive Velcro strips (a DIY job, but the result is impeccable). The Goorin is smaller, so I used less velcro. The result is just as impeccable.
