The packaging had to be repaired by the postal service. On arrival, it was still possible to remove the contents without having to unpack the packaging, just by lifting a corner of the flap. Fortunately, the contents were unharmed.

The packaging did not hold up. The flat cap was in a flimsy flat box and was amateurishly and repeatedly taped on both short sides. The flat cap was undamaged. If one ships any other kind of headgear, e.g. a hat, this way you have a chance of damage. So use sturdy rigid boxes Otherwise, the flat cap I ordered is a perfectly nice cap that meets expectations.

This isn't my 1st cap bought on the site. The first ones were delivered with a little bag which was a nice touch. All my other orders have been without...why..it's a shame.
