I don't often write reviews but here a little problem was solved within a short time without any drama. Only 1 of 2 snapbacks arrived. Every year I order a personalized cap for my boyfriend as a gift with his initials and age. Some years the cap is stitched better than others. Often the colors on the website don't quite match the actual e colors either. Some caps have a green bottom, this can sometimes clash with your cap color choice. Despite these little things, I really like the concept of the cap.
