I have mixed feelings. The caps are well made, but the lack of any indication as to whether the embroidery is more feminine or masculine is cruelly lacking. The rendering on a computer screen is not necessarily faithful to reality. I end up with a cap I can't wear. The color of the embroidery isn't actually masculine...

I love your products, but it's now been 2 deliveries that are not going well. My order dates from 27.07 and the product still hasn't arrived and is still marked as "En cours d'acheminement" on the Colissimo website. 3 hats ordered. 2 hats have a defect and the 3rd, the size indicated on the site does not correspond. Return coupon not respected because I wanted the exchange of a hat and avoid paying shipping again. Everything was refunded to me except the shipping costs of the return which should have been (see right INC) A voucher of 15 is offered to me but good more very desire to order.

I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw. Having already bought a hat in size M, I went back for the same size, alas it wasn't the same brand.

My complaint about this was simply dismissed with the statement; "We confirm it is the good item. I wonder if something will be done about this.

According to Headict, the delivery was going to take 5-6 days. What I did not know and found very unfortunate is that it took almost three times as long. It came from France which apparently takes a very long time.... Was useful to know that you order in Dutch, (the contact in English) and the tracking code completely in French. Contact did take very long, as did the delivery. Cap was otherwise super
