Product unfortunately too small. Return procedure not clear and expensive (product must be sent back to France). On the website it says that you have to send an email and in response to the email after a few days I am referred to the same section on the website where it says that you have to send an email. Returns are still being processed so I cannot say anything about that.

The perceived quality of the product is disappointing. It's not the cap but the felt badge. Indeed, the crest was the main interest of this cap.
