Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. My partner and I do our utmost to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. We are a very small company (two of us), and we took a few days off for Christmas from midday on the 24th to the morning of the 28th, which caused a delay in sending the tracking numbers.
On the other hand, having ordered on December 25, the time seemed long to you, but in truth the delivery time was only 5 working days, you received your parcel on January 4 and the post office was closed on December 25, 26, 27 and January 1, 2 and 3.
In any case, we understand your disappointment and can assure you that if you order on Monday, you'll normally receive your order by the weekend.
