Our jewelry is made of pure (99%, not 92.5%), natural sterling silver, and has not undergone any treatment such as rhodium plating (protective film-coated metal). If you are unfamiliar with this process, I invite you to find out more. Like uncoated 925 silver, pure, natural silver does not appreciate prolonged exposure to humidity. Oxidation can then occur, accentuated by heat and light. This has nothing to do with the quality of the silver, which in this case is beyond reproach. All silver oxidizes if it is not stored in the right conditions. That's why it's best to avoid the bathroom, for example. Showering is no problem, as long as you keep it on you, or dry it before storing it in a dry place. And preferably away from light. We are a very small company (two of us), and we took a few days off for Christmas from midday on the 24th to the morning of the 28th, which caused a delay in sending the tracking numbers.
