We clean our jewels so that they shine, but we can't really know if the customer prefers jewels that are more or less white or patinated, more or less shiny or matte...
As for the finish, once again I'm sorry if your rings have imperfections. We're talking about craftsmanship here, and each piece of jewelry is handmade without the use of molds, so each one is unique. There may be imperfections, and sometimes we miss some of them...
