Regarding delivery, you chose Mondial Relay, a carrier for which we indicate 5 to 6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery times. However, these delivery times do not take into account external factors such as the heavy snowfalls and icy conditions that affected the North of France at the time your parcel was delivered. However, being a small company, we can hardly lower our shipping costs any further as we are also dependent on the rates imposed on us by the carriers unfortunately.
