I have received what I ordered, but there is no delivery note and the delivery charges are very high, in fact I have to pay 6 euros for a 600 gram parcel to be delivered to a relay point whereas Mondial Relay advertises on its site 4.90 euros for delivery to a relay point or to the home. My order was noted as sent on July 12, but I received it on July 25. If you want home delivery you have to pay 8 euros, I think that's excessive, you should negotiate your rates with Mondial Relay because other delivery companies charge much less.Otherwise the wool is pretty and seems to be of good quality but I don't think I'll order from your site again unless you lower your delivery charges.
