I haven't received my parcel so I can't judge the quality of the products. I can only say that customer service is anything but responsive and that the least they could have done would have been to either refund my money or send me back the 2 balls I ordered. Very disappointing and not very commercial.

The wool is beautiful but the box was half destroyed and smelling of cat pee, I'm missing a wool needle, twisting needles and two pairs of bamboo needles No. 4 and No. 4.5 which must have fallen out of the box!
