Are you kidding me? You want my opinion while you turn a deaf ear to my requests? It's been 15 days since I ordered two candles, and La Poste tells me you haven't even sent them. The least you can do is not "give your customers the runaround".

Hello Madam, First of all, once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the non-receipt of your parcel: the inquiry launched by our logistics team with the postal services has not yet received a reply, given the current order load. We will return your order as soon as possible, considering that the waiting time is definitely too long. Having said and done that, we can't let you say that we've been deaf to your requests: indeed, we've systematically replied to all your e-mails and you've even had Pierre (our co-founder) on his direct line (by phone and text message) trying to clarify the matter. We find your comment regrettable, as it will "hurt" our brand (even if we understand your irritation...): in fact, we have an issue about this specific order, whereas the other 15 orders and deliveries you have made have always been perfect with La Belle Mèche. Thank you for your feedback! We're very sorry about this situation, which is totally beyond our control (and which explains why we don't understand your rating and the review you left on our site). Here are the details of your order placed on the La Belle Mèche website: - We received your order on November 11th. - We shipped it on November 15. - It was received by your relay point on November 17. - Your parcel was collected on November 20. The most likely explanation we can come up with is that an error was made by your relay point, which gave you the wrong parcel and (possibly) gave your parcel to another customer. We therefore invite you to return to this relay point to get to the bottom of this problem, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for this error. Hello, diffusers are not to be used in the same rooms as scented candles. Diffusers should be used in high-traffic areas such as an entrance hall, bathroom, small office, toilet, guest room...
They are not very effective in a living room, which is often larger than 25-30m2.
