I ordered the corkscrew on October 29, as a gift for someone of value to me, the recipient received it on November 6 and not within 48 hours. He received the corkscrew almost with full of cracks. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything unless the recipient returned the corkscrew, although I made it clear that: 1- I no longer have contact with the recipient, 2- it's not ethical to tell someone to return a gift (I sent the photo of the corkscrew to customer service, since the recipient sent it to thank me) and the cracks are clear. Thanks for the service.

Indeed, you sent us a picture showing the defects on the corkscrew. As the corkscrew had been sent new and without scratches, we believe that it was a result of mishandling when unpacking the package, and that the corkscrew had fallen out. We offered to send a replacement corkscrew to your addressee, but to do this we had to receive the return of the first shipment. We would also like to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for the delivery times of our logistics partners (in this case Colissimo), due to the current situation and the occasional delays that may occur in deliveries.

Delivery to be reviewed! First reception, 3 glasses out of 4 broken... Second reception, another glass broken... In the end I still got my batch of 4 glasses but I still find the delivery service deplorable. I won't be ordering any more glasses from here!
