I am satisfied with the Comptoir de Mathilde website. However, I am disappointed that I was not allowed to enter my birthday gift voucher for a white chocolate table. The gift voucher was refused. I can't recommend it because of the postage costs and as the Nantes store has closed, it's not possible to receive it. It's a real shame.

I didn't receive my entire order, although it was debited in full, so I reported it by email to customer service. But they have to be called back quite a few times before they reply.
