You'll find the site's products cheaper in other stores... the last straw. The advent calendar is a big disappointment (very expensive for what little there is inside. What's more, the products are redundant and not individually wrapped, so they're all dry by the time you eat them). As for customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired (long and unsatisfactory responses).

I had problems with the site because I tried to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. I called on the phone and someone told me to specify this by email. When I received an order confirmation email I sent it back indicating the correct delivery address. I received the package at the billing address and I had to send it back myself so that my grandchildren could receive it before the start of the school year, hence the extra cost.
