I know the products well, having bought them in the store. However, on the internet I was very disappointed because all the chocolate bars arrived broken. 3 of them might be ok because there aren't too many breaks, but one is completely broken and the other is split all the way through. Not great for gifts... The packaging needs to be stronger....

I had problems with the site because I tried to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. I called on the phone and someone told me to specify this by email. When I received an order confirmation email I sent it back indicating the correct delivery address. I received the package at the billing address and I had to send it back myself so that my grandchildren could receive it before the start of the school year, hence the extra cost. I hope the contents are worth it.
