One thing to review: I sent the parcel to a relay point near my parents' home because it was a Mother's Day gift. On your site, I could not indicate the name of the person who could collect the parcel. I had to send photos of my identity card. Thank you for your attention.

The part to improve would be the customer service after ordering. Before ordering, I sent an e-mail with a question about a product, saying that I'd be ordering soon, and they replied within 10 minutes. Then, when I opened my parcel, I noticed a broken product, so I contacted customer service at the same e-mail address on Wednesday 25th at 1.57pm, and to date Tuesday 31st at 5.40pm there's been no reply... I don't think that's very cool. However for the rest of the order, absolutely not disappointed super products, special packaging perfect cold I did not expect it's great for the product during transport and even after, and delivery at the top
