The products are very nice, a little expensive but when you're looking for exotic products, that's not surprising. What is more surprising is to receive your order with nearly €35 worth of product missing... Of course, I contacted support immediately, but after a week, I still haven't heard back from them... Very dissatisfied with the delivery service. My parcel was sent to a collection point a long way from the original delivery address, and this collection point does not respect opening hours. After two unsuccessful attempts to collect my parcel, I finally gave up and it was returned to sender. A frustrating experience and a waste of time.
